Peach Pie
2 c. flourGreat use of peaches that are on their way out. Mmmm....
1 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. powdered sugar
Mix and bake at 325 for 20 minutes
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 t. salt
Mix together
1 c. water 1/2 lemon juice
Pour water and lemon over above mixture and cook until thick. Add 1/2 c. sugar and yellow food coloring. Cook 1 minutes. Pour over peaches and into prepared crust.
