Hatch's Green Chiles - 2 x 16oz cansDiced Tomatoes - 1 x 12oz canOnion - 1 - dicedChili Powder - 4 TCumin - 1 tGarlic - 4 cloves, mincedChicken Stock - 1/2 qtPork Roast 1-1/2 to 2 lb cubedCayenne Pepper - to tasteSalt - to tasteCube pork & brown.
